Covid Vaccination

 

January 2025 Information

Two Covid Vaccination Clinics for eligible children.

If you have received a text from the NHS informing you that your child is eligible and you have not yet had the Covid-19 vaccine, there will be two final clinics being held across Surrey Heartlands to offer the vaccine before the end of the Autumn Covid-19 vaccination programme.

The two vaccination clinics are being run for children who are eligible for the Covid-19 vaccine, aged 6 months to 4 years old and are registered at their local GP Practice. These sessions will be held at:

Addlestone Covid-19 Clinic on Saturday 18th January. Appointments are bookable and available between 8am-11am. No walk-in will be accepted. Please email syheartlandsicb.svoc@nhs.net to make an appointment*

Walk In Vaccination Clinic, Horley Health Hub (120 Victoria Road, Horley RH6 7BL) on Saturday 30th January 10am -1pm . No appointment needed. If you have any queries for Horley clinic then please call 01293 221271 option 1 for the vaccination option. When you attend the clinic, please press the buzzer and you will be let in.

If you are eligible for a COVID-19 vaccination you will receive a text message or letter from NHS england. You will need to book your vaccine with a local pharmacy.

First Contact Musculoskeletal Practitioners

We have a first-contact physio that works here at the surgery. Patients aged 16 and above are eligible.

He cannot treat unwell (fever, flu, systemic symptoms), abdominal, chest or head pain or complex or chronic issues in frail, elderly patients.

First contact physio can help with:

  • recent injuries of limb or back
  • sprains
  • strains or muscle pain
