If you’ve found out you are pregnant, it’s best to see a midwife as soon as possible.

You can book an appointment directly with a midwife service without seeing a GP first.

If the services below are not suitable, you can request an appointment at the surgery.

Epsom Hospital - Pregnancy self-referral form

We ask you to please complete this self-referral form before the end of your 9th week of pregnancy (where possible). This is so we can ensure that you receive the necessary screening for you and your baby.

Bump and Beyond

Are you expecting a baby? You and your partner are invited to join a free antenatal session run by Children and Family Health Surrey health visitors. The free sessions are open to everyone living in Surrey from 28 weeks pregnant onwards.

Perinatal Mental Health Service

The perinatal mental health service is a specialist service for women who are planning a pregnancy, are pregnant or have a baby up to 12 months old who have serious or complex mental health needs. We can offer support, where appropriate, up to their baby's second birthday.
