Ask Reception a Question

Please do not use this service for any urgent medical queries as this service is only monitored during practice working hours. This form is for general enquiries only.

During these difficult times the Practice continues to encourage all Patients to seek our help when required. We are however facing a high level of demand which means that there may be a delay in responding to your request, all requests deemed by a Doctor to be urgent will be dealt with immediately. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Throughout the pandemic your practice doctors and staff have continued to see patient’s face to face when necessary and will continue to do so. Before being offered an appointment a doctor will contact you to ensure a face to face appointment is clinically necessary.

Demand for the practice’s services has increased greatly recently and we would ask that requests are for appropriate conditions. Thank you for your patience.

Your question will be passed to an appropriate member of staff for a response. We aim to respond within 1 working day.

If you do have an urgent medical query you should telephone the surgery or contact the out of hours service by calling Old Cottage Hospital 111 or Stoneleigh Medical Centre 111 or Fitznells Manor Surgery 111 or Cox Lane Surgery 111. In an emergency please contact 999.

All messages will receive an email response (to the input address) – please check your email address given and junk/spam folder if you do not receive a response.
