COVID-19 remote monitoring support for older people with mental ill-health and their carers
The TIHM Monitoring Service is a new, free NHS service that is remotely monitoring the health of older people with mental ill-health and their carers during Covid-19.
The service, which is currently accepting referrals, is free of charge and available to people of any age diagnosed with dementia or mild cognitive impairment and people aged 65 and over who have a diagnosis of depression and/or anxiety.

East Surrey Walkers
This sociable group’s primary aim is to enjoy walking in the countryside, enjoying an interesting variety of scenery.
A free service for anyone over-75 who lives alone and feels they could do with a friendly phone call every week or two. To be eligible for a call companion you should be aged 75 or over, living alone or in sheltered housing and have difficulty getting out in normal times.
Age UK Health GO50 Walks
Walks last between 1-1½ hours and are suitable for people of all abilities. The walks are friendly and supportive and particularly beneficial to those who are getting little or no exercise, recovering from illness, or lacking in confidence.
