Bereavement cafés are monthly drop-in sessions that are open to all bereaved people, whether or not they have had a loved one under the care of Princess Alice Hospice. The cafés offer refreshments, and a chance to talk with someone who is trained to listen and to share experiences with other bereaved people.

Survivors Of Bereaved by Suicide (SOBS)

The charity offers peer support groups and phone support to those bereaved by suicide.

Its helpline is available between 09:00 and 21:00, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks of the year. It provides an opportunity to talk confidentially with someone who has been bereaved by suicide.

The death of a loved one through suicide is one of the most difficult situations to face.
