Talking Therapies (IAPT)
The service provides help and support for people over 18 years who are experiencing mental health problems. These can include stress, low mood, anxiety, panic attacks, depression (including pre and post natal), obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, post traumatic stress and eating difficulties (not severe).

This service supports carers of all ages. They help with benefits advice, advocacy, and provide a wealth of information and free resources.

Community Connections Service
The service offers a range of support for people over 18 years aimed at improving your emotional and mental well-being. The service accepts self-referrals.
Services include: one to one support, support groups, walking groups, drop in services, art groups, mindfulness sessions, social events and peer support, confidence building courses, signposting to local agencies.
