How to Request an Appointment

You can request an appointment with a doctor or clinician by using our Get help for any health problem form. Your request will be assessed and assigned to the best person to help you with your concern.

Please ensure you check your emails regularly for our response.

Children Under 5

Out of Hours consultations

ICP will be providing access to out of hours consultations seven days a week, 365 days a year including Bank Holidays. All appointments will be pre-booked and not available for walk-ins to the Practice. The consultations may be video consultations initially, or if necessary, face-to-face appointment.

The service will operate 07:30 to 08:00 and 18:30 to 20:00, Monday to Friday. In addition, 09:00 to 13:00 Saturday and Sunday. To access this service please call 0208 394 3940.

For evening appointments, or if weekend appointments are available, they can be booked that day.

Please note that the Doctor you speak to may not be an Integrated Care Partnership Doctor.

Your usual Doctor will receive full case notes following an appointment.

Patients will no longer have access to the Livi GP app.

Routine Appointments

Routine appointments are usually booked or arranged in advance and you will be seen by a clinician such as a nurse or healthcare assistant.
